The agricultural company, Brentari Hermann, cultivates both apples and cherries. Our  collaboration with other agricultural companies has enabled us to offer homemade lunchmeat. Cherries are harvested in July and delivered to the Cooperative Sant' Orsola (www.santorsola.com).

 

 

After the apples are harvested in October, everyone helps make apple juice. Apple juice is a healthy and genuine product that is appreciated not only by children but by adults as well.  The agricultural company is a member of the Consortium Melinda (www.melinda.it), to which the apples are delivered. The Melinda apples are a  brand of the Denomination of Protected Origin, DOP, meaning that they uphold superior qualities.
